National railway admistration body ADIF has announced that high-speed connections between Madrid and Córdoba, Sevilla, Málaga and Huelva will be suspended throughout Monday, leaving hundreds of services cancelled and passengers stranded.
Adif and Renfe have opened assistance points in major stations, including Madrid-Puerta de Atocha, Córdoba, Sevilla, Málaga and Huelva, and a dedicated hotline has been set up for families of victims.
