The Superior Court of Justice of Madrid has confirmed its decision to order the Conflict of Interest Office to accept a complaint against Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, regarding the Air Europa rescue and his wife’s business dealings.
The decision follows the absence of any appeals within the thirty day period allotted.
Both Mr. Sanchez and Ms. Gómez deny any wrongdoing.
